Q: Do you need an appointment for an oil change or other repair work?
A: Our Mobil 1 Express Lube Center requires NO appointment and we welcome drop-in oil changes for your convenience. Most other repair services we can expedite with a call to one of our service consultants. You can call us at 757-8282 or use our contact form to arrange an appointment.

 

Q: What Credit Cards do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Credit or Debit.


Q: How much does it cost to repair...?
A: We need to inspect your vehicle to see exactly what the problem is and what parts are required to properly fix the problem and provide an accurate estimate. Please call us or email to make an appointment at 757-8282 or contact us here.


Q: Do you perform 30k, 60k, and 90k Services that a dealer does?
A: Absolutely! We can do all the services a dealer does. We use genuine Original Equipment Parts and your factory warranty will still be in effect.


Q: Can I get a ride to and from Burlington Automotive?
A: You bet! We will offer free local shuttle rides to and from your work, home or even the mall. We are here to make your experience as easy and convenient as possible. Just let us know how we can accommodate you.


Q: Do you guarantee your work?
A: Yes! Our repairs are warranted for 2 years or 24,000 miles; whichever comes first. Timing Belts 3 years or 36,000 miles.
