They are very good at catching all the problems with your car, and was able to work with me on a late payment, definitely the best shop I've been to, free tow in, and a ride to to shop after repair, I'm so glad it went smooth, I already referred a friend to them, I know she won't be ignored there, so happy!

Grant was a lifesaver when we were getting bounced around from shop to shop by our insurance company. There was a couple hiccups diagnosing and fixing all the issues in one trip but they fit us in their schedule to make it right. Definitely worth the drive from Oak Harbor for great customer service and value!

I brought my 2009 Hyundai Elantra to the shop this past Wednesday. It had lots of long overdue repairs needed, and after calling two Hyundai dealerships for service, Burlington Automotive was recommended to us as they had availability much sooner. Their customer service is far beyond any I have ever encountered at an auto repair shop. They have earned a new long term customer in me, and I would recommend them to anyone. Also, a big shoutout to Tonya, who did an excellent job of helping me prioritize the repairs I would need immediately, vs what could wait until another visit.
Amazing customer service! I knew I was in for bad news when I brought my vehicle in for inspection, but even still, you guys did your best to provide care. The inspection report is one of the coolest. It is a detailed report with pictures. Thank you for your expertise!
