I have been going to Burlington automotive for yrs when I need something. I also live in Friday harbor and was on my way home and broke down on highway 20. I tried everything and getting a tow truck to give me tow to Burlington automotive but all trucks were busy . I’ve been on the Rd for a few days dealing with my father that passed away last week and needed to get home . I had the police officer push my truck off the road and when I looked under the hood I saw fuel was coming out around my fuel filter. I had no tools and felt I could fix it if I had a filter and tools . when I called back to Burlington automotive and told them no truck could get me there before they closed they said give me your number and I’ll call you right back. they called in a min or so and said there were sending me someone to take me to the auto parts store to get me what I needed to get me back on the road. I fixed it and away I went they saved me and didn’t change anything . I definitely will send everyone that I know there . Thank you so much and your company and employees are truly amazing.
