Tires Sales, Installation, and Service

Tires are one of your vehicle’s most important safety features. Why not make sure they’re covered in the event of a flat or failure?

With Burlington Automotive’s Road Hazard Plan, you can rest assured that your tires, and your car are well taken care of.

All flat repairs must be done properly with a plug patch or the warranty will be void.
Tires need to come back to Burlington Automotive within a 20 mile radius for any flat repairs or warranty.
Otherwise, we will review coverage and reimburse customer within 3 business days. Up to $20.00 max reimbursement per flat tire.
Free replacement of tire up to 50% of tread used. After 50% has been used, tire will be pro-rated at 10% of total sales price of tire, per each 32nd used.
If tire must be replaced beyond a 20 mile radius, customer must return a copy of the receipt of repair, with tread measured on the receipt and description of failure. We will reimburse the customer according to our scale. Reimbursement shall not exceed original purchase price of tire from Burlington Automotive.

Vandalism to tire by use of, but not limited to: knives, or ice picks, etc.
After-market or over-sized tires and wheels
Body damage to vehicle from tire blow-out. Customer’s insurance should cover this.
Oversized vehicles
Tires not patched correctly; plugs are not covered.
Tires transferred from one vehicle to the next. Tires must be vehicle specific.
Tires used for off-road purposes
Tires wearing out prematurely due to improper alignment or lack of maintenance.
Road Hazard does not cover damage due to accident
Not covered if driven on flat tire
Not responsible for any damage done to wheel
