Burlington Automotive has added extra levels of service to assure you of this when having your vehicle serviced with us. Just call us at (360) 757-8282 and we can get you set up to receive them.

Our customers are now able to choose from one of three options that work best for them:

1. Key Drop Service

We are pleased to offer you a convenient and carefree key drop service. Just drop your keys and form into our drop box and you will be contacted by Burlington Automotive directly via phone to discuss your automotive repair or service needs.

The drop box is also a convenient way to have a vehicle towed to Burlington Automotive if needed. Tow truck drivers are aware of this service and you do not need to come with your vehicle.

2. Pull Up and Call Drop-Off and Pick Up

Drive up to Burlington Automotive and give us a call at 360.757.8282 to let us know you have arrived. We will then arrange with you where to leave your keys for your vehicle before you head home with your ride. Please note that this service is available for vehicle pick up as well. We will call you to discuss the cost of service and repairs we feel are needed. We are fully equipped to securely handle payment over the phone.

3. Complimentary Vehicle Pick Up and Delivery Service

Call Burlington Automotive to schedule for us to come to your home and pick up your vehicle. We can discuss over the phone or email what your vehicle’s service needs are. We will contact you to follow up with the cost of the service and repairs we feel are needed. Once completed, payment can be made over the phone. We will schedule to deliver your vehicle back to you at your own home. Don’t worry about deferring maintenance on your vehicle during this time of social distancing. This is your solution.

Latex Glove Service

Burlington Automotive Technicians wear latex gloves anytime they are working inside or outside your vehicle. Burlington Automotive employees are required to wash their hands thoroughly before each car service. We do so to prevent the spread of bacteria and germs during the cold and flu season and beyond.

Disinfectant Spray in Vehicle Cabin After Service

Professional grade disinfectant kills over 99.9% of viruses and bacteria. Our staff provides a quick spray before we leave your vehicle for you. This will help eliminate any contaminants floating in the air of your vehicle’s cabin.

Disinfectant Wipe of High Contact Surfaces

A disinfectant wipe of interior can kill up to 99.9% of viruses and bacteria living on the surface of your vehicle. Burlington Automotive will provide a disinfectant wipe down service for your vehicle’s high contact surfaces. These include, door handles, steering wheel, dash, shifter and the console. It is safe to use on electronics including phones, tablets and remote controls. You can opt out if you are sensitive to cleaning solutions.
